Wedding Beverage Calculator FAQ

How are wedding drinks calculated?

The average setting uses two drinks in the first hour and one drink for each later hour for every drinking adult. Your selected safety buffer is then applied before package quantities are rounded up.

Does the calculator include non-drinkers?

Yes. Non-drinkers are removed from alcoholic serving calculations while remaining included in water and soft drink quantities.

Can I use my own store prices?

Yes. Open Prices & package settings to enter your actual case, bottle, and pack prices for a more useful budget estimate.

Can I print the shopping list?

Yes. The Print button creates a clean print view containing the shopping list, serving totals, budget, and calculation summary.
