Upload duration

The calculator converts the video size to bits, converts the selected upload speed to bits per second, and applies the planning efficiency entered in the form.

Latest safe start

The publishing deadline is reduced by the planned upload duration and selected processing buffer to produce a clear start time.

Reverse calculation

The same inputs produce the minimum upload speed and maximum file size that fit inside the available upload window.
